Happy world environment day! Celebrated today by checking out our plants first thing in the morning. We were happy to see the sunflowers growing steadily. We're now sure that all 5 seeds actually sprouted! That's a rare occurrence!
The mustasa plants are also growing steadily. The first sprout is now growing an additional layer of leaves. We look forward to harvesting for some dishes in a few weeks (hopefully!).
As expected, the bell pepper is the last to sprout. It usually takes two to three weeks before it shows anything. I'm still hoping to see more seedlings to grow in the next few days.
