Plantdemic Update: 2 Weeks Sunflower, Mustasa and Bell Pepper

It's been two weeks since we planted the seeds! We didn't get everything to sprout, but that's fine. We're not sure if the seeds are old already since we've had some of them for awhile. Anyway, we're happy to see that we've finally been able to get the sunflowers going! We're excited to see it eventually bloom. We're just doing some research also to understand better how to care for it.

The mustasa is growing as expected. Wondering though why it's a bit slow compared to previous runs we did. Out of the three pots only two are growing well. The funny thing though is the tomato pot sprouted mustasa not tomato! Haha.

As expected the bell pepper is taking the longest to grow. So far we only have two tiny sprouts. We added a more seeds to the pot. We used fresh seeds from the bell pepper we used for cooking, so we used the older seeds which gave us more sprouts before. We'll see how it goes.

The cactus, basil and canterbury bell seeds did not produce anything. We'll have to try again. That's what's fun about gardening, you can just try and try again.

What have you planted lately? Tell us in the comments!
